Do you sell internationally?

We are currently only fulfilling United States based orders. Please subscribe, and stay tuned for when we expand internationally.

What printing method do you use?

We use Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing technique. Some people are used to other prininting techniques where the ink sits on top of the shirt, feels thicker, and is best for solid (1 or 2 colors) graphics.

DTG is a newer printing method that allows for more complex designs. The ink soaks into the fibers of the shirt, so it gives it a lighter feel, but with a slightly vintage look. Our fulfillment partner uses vegan inks (containing no animal byproducts) that are non-hazardous, toxin-free, and biodegradable. DTG is also the best method for a sustainable conscious fashion business model, because it is used to print on demand (POD), instead of bulk products that might end up wasted.

How do I care for my shirt or hoodie?

Your printed shirt or hoodie can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items. The apparel can also be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry always works best. When it comes to ironing, use a low setting inside-out, and don't iron the print. Please follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading, cracking of the print, or shrinking the garment, which can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.

What is your return/exchange policy?

All orders are custom made, so please be sure to check all details BEFORE placing your order. There are no refunds or exchanges for the wrong size, incorrect address, or a changed mind. Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong or damaged items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with its original packaging, and within 15 days of the delivery date. If any of these apply, please contact us at hello@myfuturetee.com with photos of the wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

When will I receive my order?

All orders are custom made, so we appreciate your patience. It takes 2-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but typical shipping times are 3- 4 business days (11 days total) after your order has been created.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:


● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.  


● Ask your local post office if they have your package. 


● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.  

Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you or someone you trust will be! 



If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at hello@myfuturetee.com with your order confirmation. 



If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but the new order would be at your expense due to the custom nature of each order.

I’d like to place a large order for gifts, my company/school. Do you offer bulk discounts?

Absolutely! Please contact us with your name, company name and/or event, quantity desired, and we will get back to you with the discount structure and discount code.

What should I do if I don’t see a training, career, or lifestyle that represents me?

Email us at hello@myfuturetee.com and let us know. We might be able to bring it to life.

I don’t need to buy anything, are there other ways I can financially support?
